Lone Tree has three light rail stations on the RTD E Line, and the last one, RidgeGate Parkway, is the southern end of the line. According to Wikipedia’s RidgeGate Parkway station entry, it sits next to the I-25 and RidgeGate Parkway interchange and has a 1,300-space Park-n-Ride. The three Lone Tree stations opened on May 17, 2019, so the rail option is still fairly new for buyers here.
If you are weighing Lone Tree as a whole, start with my Living in Lone Tree guide. And if you want homes sorted by how you would actually get to work, my free buyer guide is a good first step.
The Three Lone Tree Stations, North to South
The E Line extension added 2.3 miles and three stations, per the E Line page. Heading south from Lincoln, the order is Sky Ridge, Lone Tree City Center, then RidgeGate Parkway.
Sky Ridge station is at 9941 Trainstation Circle, next to Sky Ridge Medical Center near I-25 and Sky Ridge Avenue. It lists Bustang South Line and RTD Lone Tree FlexRide connections. Lone Tree City Center station is at 11023 RidgeGate Parkway, on land planned as a 400-acre mixed-use district. RidgeGate Parkway station is at 10791 S Havana Street.

The terminus station has a 1,300-stall parking garage. Parking is free for the first 24 hours for in-district vehicles and $4.00 per day for out-of-district vehicles, according to the station page. RTD changes fares and fees from time to time, so confirm on rtd-denver.com before you plan a daily routine around it.
One detail I like to point out: the other two Lone Tree stations are ones many residents reach on foot, by bike or by FlexRide, and the station pages show far lighter use than the big park-and-rides. That is useful information, not a criticism. It tells you where the rail trip is a daily habit today and where it is still being built around.
What I Check With Buyers Before Counting on Rail
Which lines run to Lone Tree has changed lately. The E Line runs from RidgeGate Parkway to Union Station, and the R Line has been moved back and forth between Lincoln and Lone Tree as RTD handles downtown rail construction. Check the current RTD schedule for your exact days and hours before you decide.
Then test it once. Park, ride at your real commute hour, and time the full door-to-door trip. I also keep an eye on new building near the stations, which I cover in my Lone Tree RidgeGate market update.
