My husband and I worked with Prerna on the sale of a home in Centennial that had been in my husband’s family for almost 60 years. She is an enthusiastic, dedicated, and very high energy broker who supported us throughout the entire process. We had such a wonderful experience working with her and know you will, too.As out of state sellers without established contacts within the local contractor community her help navigating the inspection, objections, and resolution process was critical. Prerna expedited and coordinated contractor appointments with five different trades and provided valuable insight on necessary repairs versus credits to overall sale price. In addition, she was present for all repairs that required access to the interior of the home and ensured proper documentation of repairs for the buyers.We would definitely use Prerna for any future residential real estate purchases in Colorado.

We have been working with Prerna Kapoor since January of this year and she has been a wonderful realtor. Prerna not only helped us with the initial planning, budgeting and narrowing down the locations, she also understood our specific requirements that must be there in a home for purchase. An example would be direction of the house, location and accessibility to the resources. Due to our requirements being very specific, Prerna customized and filtered out our house options and searches in her system and did most of the work manually. We appreciate this as we were receiving the information of only those houses available in the market for purchase that met our specific needs. This saved us a lot of time and energy as we were preparing for our move across the state. We were able to connect with Prerna via phone or zoom very easily and multiple days in a week to discuss on the search. She is very accessible, and passionate about real estate! Once we finalized on the house, she helped us in closing remotely which went smooth. Prerna didn't just stopped or ended the relationship after closing, which most relators do in our past experience. She visited our house frequently to check on the condition/progress of the house. Being out of state at that time, this was a tremendous help as we had an advocate right there in our house, to check on the issues and concerns in a new construction. We cant thank Prerna enough for being more than a realtor, an advocate and a friend!
