My husband and I worked with Prerna on the sale of a home in Centennial that had been in my husband’s family for almost 60 years. We have been working with Prerna Kapoor since January of this year and she has been a wonderful realtor. Prerna not only helped us with the initial planning, budgeting and narrowing down the locations, she also understood our specific requirements that must be there in a home for purchase. An example would be direction of the house, location and accessibility to the resources. Due to our requirements being very specific, Prerna customized and filtered out our house options and searches in her system and did most of the work manually. We appreciate this as we were receiving the information of only those houses available in the market for purchase that met our specific needs.
